Online Marketing Manager for Moldavia

Due to the fact that the company is extending its activity, we are now looking dynamic, serious and motivated persons for the opening of a new recruiting website in Moldavia.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate relations with network and local Mass-Media.
Conduct marketing studies to determine the online market, technology trends, innovations, and competitive information, determine market potential and opportunities.
Support development of marketing strategy that will incorporate the online market requirements with technology and competitive practices.
Research, analyze, and develop marketing strategy for current web site.
Develop the marketing plan and be responsible for the brands profits, sales and market share.
Collaborate with the Marketing Managers from Romania, to understand campaign objectives and business goals.
Generate weekly reports to the Romanian Marketing Manager.
Copy-writing and develop Press Releases according to the Romanian plan.
Develop e-communication materials (client and corporate newsletters).
Creating the Online Data Base.

English;
University Degree, preferably in Marketing/ Business/ Economic;
Must have high level
interpersonal skills and good presentation skills;
Must have excellent ability to pay attention to

Excellent knowledge of market, customers,
competition and local regulations;
Very good command of English language;
Ability to prioritize
and work under strict deadlines;
